Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of farbi.io and related services (the "Service") provided by Farbi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to these Terms and applicable law, the images you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g., to store, process, and display your content back to you).

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. AI-generated content

Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring it complies with law and any third-party rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farbi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
