- Do I need a credit card to try Farbi?
- No. The free plan gives you 5 generations and 3 edits a day with no card. You only enter payment details if you decide to move to a paid plan.
- What counts as a generation?
- One generation is one run of a brief that produces a set of images. Edits — background removal, retouching, resizing and the other editor operations — are counted separately against their own allowance, so editing an image you already made does not spend a generation.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- Generation stops until the window resets — daily on the free plan, monthly on paid plans. Nothing is deleted and your projects stay accessible. You can either wait for the reset, buy a one-time pack of 50 extra generations for $5, or move up a plan.
- Do unused generations roll over?
- No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing window and do not accumulate.
- What is Style Memory?
- Style Memory trains your own brand assets — products, characters or a visual style — into a reusable preset, so every later generation comes out consistent with them instead of being re-described in each brief. The Pro plan includes 2 trainings a month.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the billing portal in your account and can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- How much cheaper is annual billing?
- Annual billing saves about 20%. Creator is $24 a month or $228 a year, which works out at $19 a month. Pro is $59 a month or $564 a year, which works out at $47 a month.
- Who owns the images I generate?
- You do. Images you create on a paid plan are yours to use commercially. Output on the free plan carries a watermark and is intended for evaluation.
- Does Farbi work with Shopify?
- Yes. The Farbi app is published on the Shopify App Store and works inside the Shopify admin, so you can generate product visuals and publish them to a product without leaving the store.
