This Privacy Policy explains how Farbi ("Farbi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use farbi.io and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name and email address you provide, or that we receive from Google or Facebook when you choose social sign-in.
  • Content — prompts you enter and images you generate, edit, or upload.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including generating images).
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates.

3. Service providers

We share data with processors strictly to run the Service, including cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), authentication (Google, Meta), email delivery, and AI model providers used to generate and analyze images. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings; we then delete or anonymize your personal data except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at team@farbi.io.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
